Project Manager - Real-Time Rail Implementation (6 month Contract)

📋 Description

• End-to-end delivery of the Real-Time Rail implementation program; planning and mobilization through implementation and stabilization.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Payments, Technology, Operations, Finance, Treasury, Risk, and Customer Experience to ensure delivery excellence across multiple workstreams.
• Embedded within the client's transformation team; drive successful delivery in a complex enterprise-wide payments modernization program.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the Canadian payments ecosystem, including Real-Time Rail (RTR) and modern payments infrastructure
• Extensive Project or Program Management experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives within financial services.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple workstreams, dependencies, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across business and technology functions.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering strategic initiatives on time, within scope, and within budget.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project delivery certifications.
