• Collect requirements for regulatory changes and translate them into clear tickets/emails for
• Host and attend weekly project and regulatory meetings, ensuring smooth communication across
• Prepare evidence for audits and actively participate in them
• Work closely with the Certification team, supporting their projects and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Familiar with both Agile methodologies (Scrum) and Waterfall practices
• Previous experience in people management, with strong communication skills to coordinate across
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
• Independent, resilient, and highly organized, able to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced
• Know when to escalate issues to avoid breaches and ensure compliance
