Project Manager – Residential Construction

📋 Description

• Oversee residential construction projects from scope development through completion
• Develop and coordinate project scopes of work in collaboration with field leadership and design
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, costs, and performance metrics
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and field crews
• Work closely with the Director of Construction, Design Manager, and sales and estimating teams
• Manage requests for quotations (RFQs), permits, project documentation, and other administrative

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in residential or custom home construction
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes, terminology, and workflows
• Experience managing teams or coordinating multiple stakeholders within a structured project
• Background in civil engineering, construction management, building trades, or a related field is
• Experience overseeing construction schedules, budgets, scopes of work, and project execution
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
