Project Manager- Rural Health

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and workstreams aligned
• Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives, programs, and transformation activities across
• Monitor project progress and identify risks, barriers, and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate project meetings, workgroups, and steering committee sessions.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule and in accordance with grant requirements.
• Serve as a key liaison among healthcare providers, community organizations, government agencies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Project
• Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare, public
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credential, preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional teams and stakeholder collaborations.
• Experience with federally or state-funded grant programs, preferred.
