• Plan, execute, and report on a portfolio of scalable experiences
• Own full delivery cycle across all cities, ensuring brand standards
• Validate growth plans, pricing, and market selection
• Source, select, negotiate, and manage venue and vendor contracts

• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and New Ventures on expansions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a project management role across multi-market live events
• Strong vendor management including venue negotiation and production oversight
• Budgeting, cost control and margin optimization track record
• Independent work style with the ability to prioritise high-impact tasks
• Skilled in negotiating favorable commercial terms and partner relationships
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving clarity in fast-moving environments
