🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years managing technical projects (Mainframe, Java, DB)
• Retail domain experience
• JIRA, user stories, requirements capture, and acceptance criteria
• Agile/Scrum expertise; SAFe 4.0, PI planning
• Experience with product integration, deployment, and vendor coordination
• Strong stakeholder management and status reporting
