Project Manager, Service Delivery

📋 Description

• Own and manage the full delivery lifecycle for assigned business customer orders, ensuring timely
• Coordinate internal teams and contracted third-party resources to meet customer requirements
• Maintain consistent, proactive communication with customers throughout the delivery process
• Manage telecommunications delivery activities including Internet circuit ordering, Hosted VoIP
• Lead SD-WAN implementation activities and coordinate VoIP porting and Internet circuit orders
• Document project dependencies, priorities, requirements, and key actions to support efficient

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management.
• Hands-on experience with VoIP, SD-WAN implementation, and Internet circuit ordering through
• Strong ability to identify and clearly document project dependencies, priorities, and requirements.
• Proven ability to coordinate and effectively manage third-party resources.
• Strong project organization, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
