📋 Description

• Oversee SSP team workflow, deadlines, and capacity across projects.
• Maintain workflow tools; train SSP team on processes and tools.
• Lead Sprint and squad projects for SSP; uphold guiding principles.
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate workflows and priorities.
• Create and manage spreadsheets, costing templates, and team documents.
• Plan strategy with leadership to ensure resourcing and execution success.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Planning/Operations and Project Management; retail preferred.
• Proven understanding of project management principles.
• Ability to lead project teams and cross-functional work; willing to travel.
• Strong business and finance acumen; data-driven decisions.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, formulas, and costing templates.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in PM/Design/Construction; AutoCAD/Sketchup/BlueBeam.
