Project Manager, Site Supervision

📋 Description

• Responsible for the entire project(s), start to finish, you are the project(s) leader.
• Manage the bidding and construction phase of the projects by distribution of the bid packages to
• Provide construction phase services as construction management in coordination with the Senior
• Reviewing contractor construction documents, reviewing daily and prepare weekly reports, leading

🎯 Requirements

• Strong English proficiency.
• Lean construction coordination experience a must.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in an architectural related program.
• Preferred minimum of 5 years of experience within the field of industrial site supervision.
• Strong computer and written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Experience in the use of Procore, Newforma, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project
