Lead the project(s) from start to finish as the project leader.
Manage bidding and construction phase; distribute bid packages; review bids.
Provide construction phase services as construction management under the Senior Project Manager.
Review contractor documents; prepare weekly reports; lead meetings; review submittals.
Lead weekly site meetings.
Coordinate on-site inspections focusing on time, cost, quality, and safety.

🎯 Requirements

Strong English proficiency.
Earthworks and urbanization experience required.
Preferred Bachelor's degree in architectural-related field.
Minimum 5 years in industrial site supervision.
Procore, Newforma, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Word, Project, Excel, Teams.
Ability to speak English and Spanish in public; lead project teams.
