Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager (Oncology experience required)

📋 Description

• Ensure projects delivered on time, within budget, and within scope with Ergomed quality standards
• Liaise with project team, provide training, and allocate tasks appropriately
• Develop, review and edit project plans to align with goals and milestones
• Organize and facilitate study-related meetings (organization, initiation, execution, closure)
• Serve as primary contact with sponsor and Ergomed Senior Management on project status
• Represent Ergomed at external meetings with scientific/medical experts and committees (e.g. EC/IRB)

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager of international clinical trials in a CRO
• Knowledge of Oncology and Rare Disease therapeutic areas
• Experience selecting and managing external service providers
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in a science-related discipline
