• End-to-End Implementation: PM for mid-sized SaaS workstreams.
• Complex Project Support: Assist high-stakes trials; deliverables.
• Risk & Issue Mitigation: Identify risks, roadblocks, and mitigations.
• Public Health Client Success & Onboarding: Lead onboarding for public health SaaS partners.
• Proactive Account Management: Check-ins, usage metrics, retention opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of PM, customer success, software impl., or professional services.
• Clinical Trials/Research experience with compliance and sensitive data.
• Data fluency and analytics; Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
• Technical curiosity; learn new platforms and AI tools.
• Client-facing communication; lead demos and trainings.
• Global collaboration fit; work from SA base with US/global teams.
