Build scalable PM infrastructure: intake frameworks, templates, SOPs.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in People project/program/operations mgmt; 3+ years cross-functional.
Track record building processes, playbooks, or infrastructure from scratch.
Excellent written communication: executive updates, memos, playbooks.
Strong stakeholder management with senior cross-functional partners.
AI expertise: use AI for synthesis, drafting, analysis, and comms.
Analytical fluency: work with data to identify patterns and evidence.
