Manage complex cross-functional projects in CX T&D.
Create and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
Track performance data and drive improvements.
Unblock urgent needs and escalate when needed.
Coordinate stakeholder meetings and communications.
Build knowledge of key systems (Salesforce, Tableau, LMS, Concur, Okta, SurveyMonkey, Google Suite).

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s or equivalent experience.
5+ years PM with multiple complex projects.
End-to-end process design experience.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize.
Data-driven reporting and communication skills.
Proficient with Google/Microsoft and Salesforce or similar.
