Keep the team aligned on priorities to meet milestones.
Lead and support individual contributors to achieve their goals.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 6 years in video game industry; at least 3 in production coordination.
Experience with multidisciplinary teams and managing contributors in games.
Already shipped at least one relevant game.
Strong production planning, scheduling, and project management.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and similar tools.
Excellent communication; fluent in French & English; strong organization.
