Project Manager - Uruguay

📋 Description

• Lead client engagements end-to-end, using agile, scrum, or hybrid methods.
• Build project plans with scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
• Manage scope against the SOW; negotiate changes with clients.
• Drive schedules and protect engagement economics; avoid overruns.
• Manage internal logistics: budgeting, forecasting, invoicing.
• Maintain PM compliance and reporting: health updates, status reports.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PM experience, including 3+ years client-facing.
• 2+ years in consulting or professional services.
• Experience managing software/tech engagements with teams of 5+.
• CSM or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
• Ability to leverage Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with budget management, forecasting, invoicing, and revenue accuracy.
