📋 Description

• Lead client partnerships to win future CannonDesign work.
• Maintain positive client relations; communicate design/construction issues clearly.
• Establish early partnering with clients to set expectations and decisions.
• Lead project teams; ensure quality, budget, and schedule.
• Manage work plans, budgets, and schedules; use MS Project and Deltek.
• Ensure QA/QC and project documentation per CannonDesign standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related field.
• 10+ years related experience.
• Healthcare project experience preferred.
• Capable of managing single or multiple projects.
• US licensure or registration preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
