Lead and nurture client partnerships for future CannonDesign opportunities.
Develop and maintain positive client relations; communicate issues clearly.
Establish early partnering to align expectations, stakeholders, and decision timing.
Lead key meetings/presentations and client communications.
Support business development with Marketing/Office Leadership to grow top line.
Ensure scope of work, approvals for additions, and proactive payables management.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related field.
Minimum 10 years of related experience.
PM role experience on single or multiple projects.
US licensure/registration preferred.
LEED accreditation preferred.
Advanced knowledge in the relevant design discipline.
Strong client leadership and business acumen.
Proficiency in Revit, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam, MS Office.
