Perform and direct complex HVAC design for large-scale buildings.
Lead and mentor designers; provide technical leadership.
Direct work of junior staff, including performance reviews.
Contribute to QA/QC and independent design reviews.
Model HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection in Revit/BIM.
Interface with clients and the design team; participate in Owner/Architect meetings with budget focus.

🎯 Requirements

Associates degree in a related field.
Minimum 8 years related experience.
Current US PE license preferred.
LEED accreditation preferred.
Strong knowledge of Life Safety Codes.
Experience with Revit, Trane Trace or Trane 3D Plus.
