📋 Description

• Design HVAC ductwork, piping, and equipment for buildings; work independently.
• Mentor designers and provide technical leadership to the team.
• Direct the work of less experienced staff and conduct annual reviews.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager on work plans and schedules.
• Interface with clients and members of the design team.
• Prepare Revit/BIM models for HVAC; extend to plumbing and fire protection.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering required.
• ABET-accredited program preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience required.
• Current PE in the United States preferred.
• LEED accreditation is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Life Safety Codes.
