Project Operation Manager

📋 Description

• Manage the project lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring that our customers are fully prepared
• Work closely with customers' project and technical teams, as well as third parties such as
• Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective management and
• Provide guidance on Adyen's product and advise on the solutions that best fit our customers'
• Ensure successful project handovers once the rollout is complete by setting up scalable 'business
• Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives to help our business scale

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of experience setting up complex (ideally technical) projects with multiple
• Stakeholder Management: Proven customer-facing experience with the ability to lead high-level
• Project Management: Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead detailed
• Global Mindset: Ability to interface and cooperate seamlessly with a global team, adapting to
• Languages: Required fluency/business proficiency in both French and English. Any additional
• Mobility: Must be willing to travel, both domestically and internationally, as required.
