Project Operations Manager (Construction)

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules in collaboration with construction leadership
• Coordinate project priorities across teams, monitor commitments, and proactively resolve or

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in residential construction or renovation, with

• Strong financial management skills, including budget development, cost tracking, forecasting
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and vendors, reviewing quotations and scopes, managing trade
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with scheduling or project management platforms such
