Project Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage customer implementation projects from onboarding through go-live, taking ownership of
• Coordinate activities, timelines, dependencies, and follow-ups across internal and external
• Partner with customer project and technical teams to drive smooth and effective implementations.
• Guide customers on implementation best practices and help them make informed decisions throughout
• Prepare for and independently lead customer meetings, ensuring clear objectives, actions
• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, working with the right internal teams to resolve

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience setting up and delivering complex projects, ideally in a technical
• Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Experience in the payments industry or a technical background is a plus
• Familiarity or affinity with API-first SaaS, third-party software integrations, hardware roll-outs
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep track of multiple moving parts
• Communicate clearly and confidently, both with customers and internal stakeholders
