📋 Description

• Support project and production management across Brand Strategy's work.
• Lead end-to-end project management for Brand Strategy priorities.
• Build and maintain the plan of record in our project management system.
• Create workbacks, sequence work, and surface dependencies.
• Onboard new vendors and agencies; coordinate contracts and procurement.
• Traffic assets and deliverables; manage versions and routing.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in project and production management for brand or marketing work.
• Track record managing complex multi-workstream projects and shipping on time.
• Production know-how across brand deliverables and coordinating external agencies.
• Experience onboarding vendors and trafficking assets through production.
• Fluency in project management tools and keeping work visible and accountable.
• Clear, proactive stakeholder communication and alignment across partners.
