Project Secretary cum BD – Chinese Speaking (B&I)

📋 Description

• Provide Mandarin–Vietnamese interpretation during site visits, project meetings and coordination
• Allocate approximately 50% of working time to project/site support and 50% to Hanoi office-based
• Translate project correspondence, minutes and reports.
• Support project document control and administration.
• Register and archive correspondence and submissions, control revisions and maintain relevant
• Prepare meeting minutes and action lists, coordinate project information and follow up agreed

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma or bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language, Business Administration, Construction or
• 1–3 years of experience in interpretation, project coordination, sales support or client service.
• Construction/industrial project experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong Mandarin and Vietnamese speaking, listening, reading and writing skills.
• HSK 5 or equivalent practical proficiency is preferred.
