• Coordinate BAU graduate program activities and report metrics
• Support graduate recruitment, fairs, and university partnerships
• Coordinate onboarding experiences, learning pathways, and development
• Maintain relationships with university career services and stakeholders
• Implement region-specific program delivery aligned with APAC strategy
• Create resources and communications to support graduate success
