Act as the primary point of contact for small customer projects, fostering trust in successful

🎯 Requirements

Associate's degree or equivalent experience
1–3 years of experience in customer-facing planning and delivery-related roles
Experience using ServiceNow and SmartSheet
Must be able to qualify for CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification within
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to build relationships with clients at operational levels
