Project Startup Manager

📋 Description

• Manages all steps of the implementation lifecycle from kickoff to launch.
• Leads regular project discussions with client and study teams.
• Escalates complex issues and coordinates internal/external resources.
• Monitors scope, financials, and schedules using Greenphire tools.
• Identifies issues that could delay implementation or raise risk.
• Onboards across multiple business units with product knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Relevant project management experience and/or training.
• Strong organizational and time management in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical, creative problem solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PMIS.
