Maintain project timelines, update study teams, and distribute updates.
Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and documentation in Trial Master File.
Manage CTMS activities: milestones, enrolment projections, and helpdesk tickets.
Prepare training records, manage access, and maintain study collaboration spaces.

🎯 Requirements

4-year college degree or equivalent in science/healthcare preferred.
Minimum 2 years in Clinical Trial Assistant/Clinical Support or similar role.
Fluency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, teamwork, and attention to detail; English proficiency.
Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory guidance.
