Projects & Strategy Analyst

📋 Description

• Coordinate strategic projects with Content, Marketing, Commercial, Ops, and Product.
• Organize and lead leadership meetings, agendas, actions, and exec reports.
• Monitor and manage OKRs, helping leaders set and track quarterly results.
• Prepare exec presentations with performance metrics for senior management.
• Design and implement new planning processes and efficient routines.
• Collaborate to manage the company’s strategic calendar and deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• Bacherlor/s Degree in Business Administration or related field;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (written & spoken) is mandatory
• Previous experience in strategic planning, project management, consulting, or related fields;
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent organizational, communication, and synthesis skills;
• Familiarity with financial concepts and performance metrics (KPIs);
• Availability to work in a hybrid model based in São Paulo.
