Promotions and Web QA Analyst

📋 Description

• Validate in the front end that what a customer sees, and what a customer receives, matches exactly
• Pick up tickets at the front-end validation stage of the Technical Delivery and Portal workflows
• Find, reproduce, and clearly report the failures and defects found during testing.
• Support end-to-end quality validation for assigned licensee sites, including promotion pages
• Support new licensees through the UAT phase of new projects, joining live group sessions to guide
• Contribute to developing, documenting and improving front-end QA processes across the department

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience testing or validating customer-facing digital products, whether in QA, in UAT
• Good understanding of manual functional and exploratory testing, including designing checks
• Knowledge or experience in web and mobile testing.
• Previous experience working with tools such as JIRA and/or Monday.com.
• Proactive and comfortable working in an evolving environment.
• Curious about how things work underneath.
