Promotions & Propositions Fulfilment Executive (12 Month FTC)

📋 Description

• Support the creation and delivery of the Sportsbook proposition and promotional calendar.
• Manage the execution of promotional campaigns, including mechanics, customer offers, and
• Analyse campaign performance, customer engagement, promotional spend, and ROI to identify
• Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Content, Operations and Compliance teams to deliver a consistent
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and promotional strategies to help shape future
• Plan and deliver engaging Sportsbook promotions that attract, reward, and retain customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience planning, launching, and evaluating customer-facing promotional campaigns.
• Experience working across multiple projects and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced
• Knowledge of customer retention, promotions, loyalty, or customer engagement strategies.
• Strong analytical experience, including reporting on campaign performance and identifying
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• A strong interest in sports and an understanding of what engages sports betting audiences.
