Prompt Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and refine client prompts; define tool descriptions for agentic frameworks.
• Improve prompts; automate testing with scripts; evaluate LLMs.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and benchmark prompts to establish best practices.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Data Science; document prompting work.
• Stay updated on NLP advances; experiment with prompting strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Data Science, Linguistics, or related.
• Strong NLP and ML fundamentals.
• Experience with AI prompt engineering (writing, optimizing, evaluating prompts).
• Python proficiency; familiarity with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with large language models (GPT-3/4, Llama3) and agile development.
