Property Accountant

📋 Description

• Provide full-cycle accounting for multiple regions.
• Communicate financial results to clients and management.
• Support monthly closes and accrual journal entries.
• Prepare monthly client distributions and ledgers.
• Review G/L activity and reconcile accounts.
• Coordinate with departments for complete financial packages.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years Real Estate Accounting experience.
• Public Accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to organize, plan, and multitask.
