• Provide accurate and timely responses to calls about travel insurance coverage.
• Discover caller needs and align with the appropriate product.
• Work remotely while handling outbound/inbound inquiries as part of a team.
• Participate in licensing exams with company support.
• Maintain customer-focused communication and resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with teammates and management to meet service goals.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Available Monday–Friday 9:30–7:15pm EST
• Active property and casualty or personal lines license
• 1 year call center experience
• 1 year sales-related experience or role with sales aspects
• Insurance industry experience preferred; travel insurance experience preferred
