📋 Description

• Investigate and document property claims
• Review policies and obtain statements
• Assign inspections and update reserves
• Review estimates and negotiate settlements
• Communicate with customers, contractors, and adjusters

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years property claims experience
• Estimating skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Licensing in home state or ability to obtain licensing in required states
• Ability to communicate and negotiate across multiple parties
• Knowledge of regulations and internal processes
