🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience as an inside property claims specialist or equivalent role within the insurance
• A college degree or equivalent education in insurance or business.
• Strong knowledge of property claims investigation, valuation, negotiation, settlement techniques
• Familiarity with personal and commercial property insurance products, policy coverage, applicable
• Demonstrated ability to investigate claims thoroughly, assess documentation and damages, exercise
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build
