📋 Description

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve property claims using technical expertise and sound
• Review claims inspected by independent adjusters, verify coverage, investigate questionable claims
• Handle claims with damages generally exceeding $300,000, while managing smaller claims when
• Manage the full claim lifecycle when assigned, or take responsibility for specific coverages such
• Adjust claim reserves and provide reserve recommendations in accordance with established policies
• Process claim transactions accurately and maintain clear, concise, and complete claim file

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of total claims experience, including a minimum of 2 years handling homeowners'
• At least 2 years of experience working for an insurance carrier.
• A minimum of 2 years of property claims experience, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Certification in CEA and Fair Claims Settlement Practices.
• Strong knowledge of property claims investigation, coverage evaluation, reserving, settlement, and
