📋 Description

• Review repair estimates and ensure alignment with standards and processes
• Conduct virtual desk reviews and validate estimates
• Perform in-person or remote reinspections of property claims
• Use Xactimate and XactAnalysis to evaluate accuracy and scope
• Address customer escalations and support vendor management teams
• Build relationships with repair network vendors and monitor performance

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in property insurance claims or repair estimating
• Proficiency with estimating software, including Xactimate and XactAnalysis
• Strong understanding of property repair practices and claims processes
• Experience reviewing contractor/vendor estimates and identifying discrepancies
• Ability to analyze complex information and provide practical recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer focus
