Scope and estimate first party homeowners and commercial claims.
Investigate and evaluate coverage and damage issues, communicating findings to customers.
Partner with contractors, public adjusters, attorneys, and internal teams on complex claims.
Identify suspicious losses and assist in SIU investigations as needed.
Handle claims in compliance with regulations and internal processes.
Support catastrophe response, including potential overtime and deployment.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of field property claims experience
Claims Connect/Symbility estimating experience, including large loss estimation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational abilities
Empathetic interpersonal skills
Adjuster licensed in home state or holds a non-resident license; meets licensing requirements for
