Property Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as first point of contact for escalated resident concerns; resolve promptly.
• Lead, train, and motivate on-site teams; delegate and mentor.
• Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to manage property projects and standards.
• Oversee leasing, resident relations, admin tasks, and property appearance.
• Manage high volumes of resident and corporate requests; balance priorities.
• Hands-on, high-touch management with ownership of communities.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior property management experience required.
• Experience with Class A multifamily communities preferred.
• Accountable, adaptable, and dependable.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Excellent communicators with a strong sense of urgency.
