Property Portfolio Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Prepare and present timely financial reports for ~30 properties.
• Own the general ledger for the assigned region; ensure accuracy.
• Present financial insights to stakeholders to drive decisions.
• Review statements before distribution to property owners.
• Perform variance, trend, and scenario analyses.
• Mentor junior accountants in US/Mexico; coordinate offshore reconciliations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years property-level accounting across hospitality/real estate.
• 1+ year managing or mentoring team members.
• Proficiency in property-level hospitality accounting and forecasting.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP.
• Knowledge of GAAP, USALI, and regulatory requirements.
