📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations across a portfolio of approximately 10 residential, holiday
• Monitor rental activity, coordinate maintenance, support landlord compliance, and manage
• Coordinate UK-based contractors, repairs, routine inspections, property access, and other
• Manage professional correspondence and maintain effective communication with finance managers
• Coordinate the exchange of property-related financial, legal, and operational information between

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in property management, executive assistance, or
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities, with confidence communicating with tenants
• Demonstrated ability to manage an independent workload, prioritize competing tasks, and
• Proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership without requiring close supervision.
• Ability to work effectively from a remote home office in South Africa while coordinating with
