📋 Description

• Primary relationship owner for assigned affordable housing communities; field-based, monitoring
• Onboard new properties and ensure a consistent, welcoming experience for residents.
• Lead property launches, coordinate onboarding activities, and introduce teams to Matter Health's
• Host resident events and represent Matter Health at community meetings and events.
• Collaborate across teams to strengthen partnerships and improve resident experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Relationship-building mindset with experience in account management, customer success, community
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups; ability to host meetings and community events.
• Organized, able to manage multiple priorities; proactive problem-solver.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned market; valid driver's license.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; experience in relationship-focused roles and affordable
