📋 Description

• Maintain and update the CRM database; ensure properties, owners and contacts are accurate.
• Enter and track transactions, enquiries, inspections and tenant movements.
• Conduct database audits and quality checks to maintain data integrity.
• Assist with building audits and update property information.
• Produce database reports to support business development.
• Assist with submissions, presentations and marketing collateral.
• Maintain stock reports and property records.
• Work with brokers and support teams to capture market information accurately.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently studying a Property/Property Economics or related degree.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Highly organised with strong prioritisation.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interest in a career in commercial real estate.
