Proposal Development Associate

📋 Description

• Prepare and oversee RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires for clients.
• Design and improve internal processes to drive responses.
• Coordinate input across Sales, Consulting, Marketing, Ops, and Data teams to meet timelines.
• Communicate RFP status and metrics monthly.
• Develop and manage a content library showing HealthVerity's strengths.
• Leverage AI to improve efficiencies and response times.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years supporting RFPs/proposals/bid management in healthtech.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality responses on deadlines.
• High attention to detail, accountability, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Process-oriented with a passion for improving efficiency through technology and AI.
• Excellent written communication and project management skills.
• Preferred: Experience in health IT, life sciences, or related industry.
