Proposal Engineer - Construction

📋 Description

• Develop detailed technical/commercial proposals for fired equipment installs.
• Interpret customer specs, drawings, and project requirements to produce offers.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and project management for cost estimates.
• Develop installation methodologies, execution strategies, and schedules.
• Ensure proposals meet Zeeco standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site surveys and scope development across the EMEA region.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or Construction.
• Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or energy sectors with fired equipment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, civil, and E&I installation practices.
• Experience preparing technical/commercial proposals or estimating in a project role.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, P&IDs, layouts, and specs.
• Full UK driving licence; willingness to travel.
