📋 Description

• Collaborate with technical staff to prepare high-quality proposals.
• Write and design proposals, presentations, and qualification materials.
• Lead strategy, kickoff, and review meetings using win themes.
• Coordinate with subconsultants.
• Develop content, messaging, and visuals aligned with goals.
• Create client-ready presentation materials.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of proposal/marketing experience in AEC.
• Strong ability to develop outlines, schedules, and tasks for RFPs/RFQs.
• Track record of deadline-driven proposals and qualification packages.
• Effective written and verbal communication with strong follow-up.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with local agencies (SCA, DASNY, MTA, DDC) and their RFPs.
