📋 Description

• Write and respond to RFXs (RFI, RFP, RFQ, IT/Security surveys, general questionnaires) across 15+
• Support Coupa's global proposal and RFX desk for sales teams.
• Lead internal reviews and coordinate client deliverables with comprehensive writing support.
• Prioritize RFXs and manage high workloads with tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with account reps, legal, finance, sales ops, product, marketing, and engineers to

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years in Business Spend Management roles (Proposal Manager/Specialist, Consultant, Analyst
• Functional knowledge of Business Spend Management applications.
• Technical knowledge of SaaS/cloud computing.
• Independent learner and self-starter.
• Excellent written/editing skills – English required; other languages desired.
• Project coordination skills.
