📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end proposal lifecycle from RFP review to final submission.
• Coordinate with sales, subject matter experts, and internal teams to craft tailored responses.
• Develop structure, win themes, executive summaries, and strategic content.
• Ensure quality, branding, formatting, and submission deadlines are met.
• Coach and develop junior team members; drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain proposal content libraries and track performance metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in proposal writing/management or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional English writing; French proficiency required.
• Strong understanding of proposal strategy, client messaging, and document design.
• Proven project management skills; ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced MS Office, Adobe tools, and InDesign; detail-oriented.
